FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is keeping an eye on the tropics. He says big plumes of Saharan dust are continuing to make their way across the Atlantic Ocean, which is keeping things quiet. Weber said an area that popped up off Florida’s east coast and was drifting north now has a zero percent chance of development. Weber does not expect anything to develop over the next three to five days.
