Red camera ka sensor tagda hota hau guysss. Uske saamne khade hoge toh wo aapko bhi pel dega guysss. Mehnge components hote hai guysss. Real reason ye hai ki sensor size bada hota hai. Usse bhi zyada important, saare sensors ek jaise hone chahiye. Colour precision (not accuracy, which can be corrected in post) important factor hai cinema camera mein. Ek film ki shoot mein ye expected hota hai ki multiple cameras shoot kar rhe honge different scenes. Company ko pakka karna hota hai ki saare camera ek scene mein ek jaisa output de. Ye sabse bada reason hai unke mehnge hone ka.

Red camera ka sensor bahut tagada hota hai bolane ke bajay aapko bolna chahie ki uske technical specification vah kitna inch wide hota hai aur tagada hai to kya usmein DSLR se jyada hota hai

You are wrong. Cine cameras are bad at low light. That's why heavy lighting is used. Unlike A7siii which is a low light monster.
