Today i will make Sajjan ke phoolon ki sabji
स्वादिष्ट और लाजवाब सब्जी खाने में बहुत टेस्टी है उतनी ही हेल्दी भी , साथ ही बनाने में बहुत आसान
सहजन के फूल बहुत कम दिन ही रहते हैं इसलिए ज्यादा से ज्यादा काम में लें और फायदा उठाएं
सहजन के फूलों में प्रोटीन, विटामिन और सेहत के लिए उपयोगी तमाम पोषक तत्व पाए जाते हैं। और भरपूर मात्रा में पोटेशियम होता है, जो हाई ब्‍लड प्रेशर को कंट्रोल में रखता है। इससे हार्ट संबंधी समस्‍याओं को दूर रखा जा सकता है। इसके अलावा, इन फूलों में कोलेस्‍ट्रॉल और फैट कम होता है। इसलिए इनके सेवन से दिल दुरुस्‍त रहता है। हड्डियों जोड़ो कमर दर्द अर्थराइटिस में बेहद लाभदायक
