香港耀能協會(協會)創立於1963年，並以「耀承所授　卓越展能」為信念，為不同年齡殘疾人士提供多元化的康復服務，發展他們的潛能，提升其獨立能力和自信，協助他們融入社會。協會所提供的服務分為四個核心範疇，包括「兒童及家庭支援服務」、「特殊教育」、「成人服務」及「社區支援服務」。現時協會轄下共84個服務單位及專項計劃，每年為超過24,000個家庭提供常規服務。
其中「兒童及家庭支援服務」以學前服務為主，透過不同類型的服務中心，為有特殊需要幼兒提供全面康復治療及訓練，同時設家庭支援服務，協助家長積極面對各類挑戰，建立家庭支援網絡，推廣自助互助精神。除中心服務之外，亦設有外展服務，支援就讀普通幼稚園有特殊需要的幼兒，並為教職員及家長提供諮詢及培訓。
Founded in 1963, in upholding its belief in “Succeed and Advance”, SAHK is dedicated to provide a wide range of rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities at all ages in order to realise their full potential, enhance their independency, and assist them to integrate into the society. SAHK’s four core services are “Children and Family Support Service”, “Special Education”, “Adult Service” and “Community Support Service”. A total of 84 service units and Specialised Service Programmes currently provide services to 24,000 families per annum.
