The Document's Background It was the year 1998. As the Perfectionist that He has always been, Bhagawan had appointed several of His well-qualified children to the Sri Sathya SaiCentral Trust Office and was directly guiding and encouraging them to build up procedures and update the Trust's finance and accounting records. Our Bhagawan was laying the groundwork for a successful launch. I That was the time when the Trust's operations grew exponentially. As part of His ongoing process of teaching us all how to run the office professionally, He would personally supervise the inventorying of important documents held in the Poornachandra Auditorium. These documents were sent to the Finance and Accounts Office.
During the process of inventorying we brought this document, with Bhagawan's signature, to His notice for instructions on what needed to be done with it. He asks me to read out the document. I did so. I ventured to seek permission for this important document to be placed in the office safe along with other important documents that bear Bhagawan's signature-such as the original Deed of Formation of the Trusts etc.
