Thankfully enough got in that I managed to pick one up the other day. Between that and 12 gauge being the only ammo even remotely available in the area, I managed to turn that $600 slap to the face into a good investment.

My Saiga 12 10 round Promags had to be returned. The rounds failed to be pushed up. This happened with both of them. Completely unreliable. I have another mag of a different brand that this did not happen with. Thankfully they did make it right with customer service. There is one company that I know of in the world that makes steel Saiga 12 mags. They sell out quick. I finally got six from Carolina Shooters. Buy once, cry once. Quite expensive. Unfortunately, I have not shot with them yet. But I highly doubt there is anything to fail with them. They look VERY well made! If there was an all metal drum mag, I'd pop on that too! Metal on metal is the best in my opinion.

You'd think if Obama wanted to ban the Saiga 12 he'd have told the BATFE to not allow importation of the Vepr 12 with pistol grip and AK forend. Rumor has it the next batch is going to have factory original folding stocks. Not saying we don't need to keep fighting for our rights, just that we probably don't need to be panic buying and driving prices up. On the subject of the video, good to hear ProMag is a viable option for Saiga 12 drums.

I been hearing what you mentioned that the Pro Mag is ok for the Saiga 12.My MD Arms 20,not so good.That's on 2 of my Saiga 12's.Im gonna make the move with the Pro Mag.Also im sticking to not moving trigger as well,i see know need.I got the ATI Scorpian Talon.Nice Vid

I heard the saiga 12 mag catches are all different. Also Heard that they fit the 5rd mag it comes with to each gun.

Hey man, great video. I am a collector of handguns, but have several long guns including the Saiga. I purchased the ProMag SAI-A6, but can't get it to lock it place. I've sent several emails to the company and they won't get back to me. Don't want to bother you, but don't want to send it back either. Any suggestions??? Many thanks, Jeff

hey spartan765 i have a 320 pump shotgun and it able to use 2 3/4" and 3" shells but when i go to use 2 3/4" shells the shells jams between the action and barrel how would i fix the issue ive been told its and adjustment. i notice the load ramp drops too quickly

Just picked up a promag, one problem though...... it won't lock. Any tips ?????? It will sit level in the mag well it wont lock though.

I live in communist ass maryland so now we can only buy 10 round mags in state so I just ordered one of these but the 10 round version from carolina shooting supply. Hope it works well. All of my other mags are factory 5 rounders.
