Amazing work! It completely changes after ten minutes I’ve seen designs with a fan inside the burn chamber to make air swirl around, but never one like this where the air intake is what makes the flames spin. Would love to know what’s inside the air intake and how it works, because the subtitles couldn’t translate that pert

Wow! Impressive fire your vortex rocket stove is generating. It is almost blue flame. You are the first KZfaq video where you have a nicest removable internal pallet box holder. I have an idea to put a series on 3rd air duct along the chimney, as many others haven't done, but you already built one, and proven it does in fact improve the combustion to near blue flame. Certainly a thumb up. Adds another 5V/12V computer fan into 2nd or 3rd air duct and I'm sure it will be blue flame Google translate: うわー!

It would be interesting to work in the sector of origin of the flames, what is happening there is different from combustion in an ordinary stove. To make this process as clear and demonstrative is a step forward in the understanding of rocket stoves. You are a great researcher, understanding intuitively what should happen at the output. In this case we are dealing with a kind of "black box" inside which the work is not entirely clear laws. With respect.

Mr Takeshi Ueno, I really enjoyed your rocket stove videos! They are amazing! I have a 2 questions. Can this stove be used indoors for cooking purpose? The reason I ask is because I am planning to set up a cooked food stall selling fried rice-noodles and I want to use a wood stove with a thin cast iron wok. My next question is how long can this stove burn with 2kg of wood/sticks/charcoal?

super video excellent workmanship. how about a toroidal Vortex donut before the riser . clearly there is a lack of fuel/air mixing in the primary zone . the yellow fuel rich flames give it away . you and Loz Harrop should have a competition .to produce the best and most efficient batch box rocket stove .

I think I understand your design intention... tertiary air supply to vortex chamber replenishes oxygen to facilitate more complete burn. And you can actually see it working! Amazing! Google Translation: 私はあなたのデザインの意図を理解すると思う...渦室への三次空気の供給がより完全燃焼を促進するために酸素を補給します。そして、あなたは実際には働いて見ることができます!素晴らしいです!

Very nice vortex Rocket stove! Do you know how long the riser tube will last with that temperature? Would you suggest a cast riser instead of steel? That might make it non-portable but it might last longer. I assume you use an angled flame entrance at the bottom of the round tube to create the vortex, like ppotty1 does. Anyway, very good work!
@TakeshiUenoArtisan9 жыл бұрын
***** Thank you. I was engrossed in the study. I know well the metal. It can also be manufactured in stainless steel tube that can withstand more high temperature. And, I will be able to freely processing the metal. I will design a more simple a beautiful flame.

Now to figure out how I'm going to incorporate that idea into a cast riser, as we know that mild steel, even stainless steel will not hold up with those kind of temperatures. I assume drilling holes in the riser and running the air channels on the outside of the riser may work, and I have some ideas for that.
