Welcome back to Besiege! I'm checking out Besiege's first DLC expansion, the Splintered Sea. This new DLC adds a whole ocean to explore to the much-loved vehicle/machine builder. Ahhhh, ship, I'm gonna get a bit emotional here. I've been your fan for a long time and it kinda hit me that you've been a huge part of my life. I actually got very nostalgic when I saw the Besiege video appear on my first screen. You've been a constant go to whenever a healthy and funny distraction was needed. It was strange to see your face the first time, seeing you becoming a father and it's strange now realizing how many hours of peaceful entertainment you delivered. (often when it was really needed). Draegast if you ever read this I have watched your channel ever since I was a very young kid(can’t exactly remember I’d say 7). I’m 19 now and have a full-time trades job, The main point is, I would’ve never ever thought you’d play this video game ever again. I’m so happy you did really puts time into perspective. I don't know if I've watched you since 2016. You got me into Besiege when the game released, and I think I moved on a year or two after that. A friend told me Besiege had a new DLC yesterday, so naturally I bought it without even looking at reviews. Very unlike me, but it's Besiege. I fiddled around, made a seaplane, then got the itch to see what everyone else is up to. So here I am, almost a decade later. Thanks for that little slice of my childhood.

I dont usually watch your videos but I just wanted to tell you that I watched your first Besiege video when you had just posted it and I pretty much watched all of then for a few years. English is not my first language so I didn't understand much of what you were saying, but with time I started to learn more and more, with youtubers like you and Markiplier. Today I can speak english without even thinking, and I didn't do any courses to do so. Well, I just wanted to thank you, because that first besiege video was what got me started into learning english when I was still a teen, and that is really important to me.

Oh man the memories... Back when Besiege came out in alpha those videos were what brought me to your channel, If I'm not mistaken the episode where you make a sheep murdering machine for the campaign was the first episode I saw and then I went back and watched the couple before that, and basically every one you released from that point on. I honestly think I may even go back and rewatch the OG besiege stuff after I watch this, I just watched part of the vid I was talking about to see if I am right (I *think* that's the one I started with but adhd go brr) and it honestly still holds up imo. sure mics not great but your personality absolutely is, and that's the most enjoyable part of your content to me. The amount of games that I have watched you play that I would consider *not good* simply because it's you playing it is not very low lmfao

A real submarine is set to be neutrally buoyant for a given depth. That depth can be changed by adjusting the amount of ballast but just floating up or down to the new set depth is slow. A real sub's *maneuverability* is achieved using tail fins (basically a four direction rudder), small planes at but above the center of buoyancy that act almost like wings with adjustable lift, and some use canard or bow planes to make the front of the sub more responsive.
