Time Stop strategy is a lot easier. But I appreciate you grinded your characters levels.

They really should do a ps4 sailor moon game that's like ff13 style and graphics. Or tales of berseria style and graphics.

You do know that the Shabon Spray reduces the enemy's attack and works FAR better than the foundation cream, right?

The Inner Scouts are REALLY GOOD on this one! On level 64 with all default jeweled equipment + Angel Pin/Red Pupils, all I needed was to grind their Link Attack Points, or LAP's, and farm Colognes. The very 1st turn, have all the Sailors defend, except for Mercury, choose "Bubble Spray" instead (she has the 2nd highest defense after all), as someone already pointed out, it'll lower her attack power. Then use Healing Shower (or Perfume if you have one) to increase attack power of everyone in your party, then Cologne and Stardust Stream Hit her with Crescent Thunder, along with Colognes! EDIT: Btw, I'm using the new translation: Perfume is Fragrance and Bubble Spray is Shabon Spray.
