Respectfully, I disagree. I'd scale sailor moon at 4D using Sailor Mercury's hyperdimensional space generate. Takao Koyama (Dragon Ball Z screenwriter) has stated that realms within the universe 7 macrocosm range from 5-7D. Even with the manga, where koyama statements wouldn't have any weight, the otherworld was stated to transcend dimensions of our own which makes it a 5D structure.

Chibiusa, Usagi, and Queen Serenity each have their own crystal. But they are all called the silver crystal. 3.in the manga, it's implied that Queen Serenity used the galaxy cauldron to reincarnate her daughter and sacrificed herself to do it.

Depends on you scale them, since both dragon ball and sailor moon both don't use numbers to scale after a certain point, she outhaxes him and most of the dragon ball universe for sure though.
