The talismans, Uranus' sword, Neptune's mirror, and Pluto's jewel symbolize the legend of Japan's three sacred imperial treasures: the Kusanagi (sword representing valor), Yata no Kagami (mirror representing wisdom), and Yasakani no Magatama (jewel representing benevolence). These three symbolize the Japanese emperor's power.

@@thaaannnn Yes it does. Analogous to the emperor's power, the talismans when combined symbolizes Sailor Moon's supremacy. The entire plotline of Sailor Moon are very much related with Japanese myths and folklore.

No the talismans are the strongest weapon of the outer senhis. But their real function of them is awakening the last solider - the reset button in case of Sailor Moons Death. There function never was and never could be letting the holy grail appear.

Talisman is hide in the person who has the purest crystal heart. If three Talisman combine it can summon the Holy Grail, the supreme or highest level of purest heart in the world. Sailormoon ever create the purest heart in the episode battle with Pharaoh 90 and surpass the Holy Grail.

Technically it's called the Chalice of Purity, but evry1 calls it da Holy Grail so it doesn't mattr. Saturn is the messiah, I think.

This scene does top the appearance of the Imperium Silver Crystal & is the only scene from the series to do so. Also, how were Neptune & Uranus not PISSED w/ Pluto? 😂. She never said a thing & had them scouring the planet looking for pure hearts. She knew the pure hearts were inside their own hearts. She had to have KNOWN & didn't say a THING! 😂
