I remember this day, the weather was awful but so many people still came to watch. There was a big fancy chair provided for the Queen, but she never sat in it once, instead she remained standing the whole time to watch the proceedings. Charles certainly enjoyed himself listening to this music!

Pouring down with rain and the Brits are still loving it! I loved that day so much, although I wasn't even there! Made me more proud than ever to be British!

I love how the queen is standing there all stern whilst everyone behind her is having a happy little bounce about.

That’s why SHE is a QUEEN....always serious 🧐
@traceycauser66872 жыл бұрын
@@gloriag1888 She truly is an enigma. Our Queen has studied a thousands years of royal history, precedent, protocol, politics, religion, science. We know she carries that knowledge as a glad burden because it is her duty. If you watch carefully you can see how she is struggling to gain her composure to not laugh as she adjusted her wrap. She has so much humility that she genuinely believes that the people love the Queen, not the woman, and for that reason she tries always to live up to that expectation. I really wish someone in the Palace would tell Her Majesty that we would have been thrilled and delighted if she had danced a jig then! That would have gone viral to the nth degree. God bless and keep Her safe 🙏

Makes me think of Bottom. May her Majesty and Rik Mayal lovingly Rest In Peace with the Angels. Don't worry Rik, I'm sure that they have Drambuie in Heaven! nd Frandramboozeo; a mixture of Feangelico Ouso Drambuie and Fruity Lexia. That's what really killed the Queen!

Good that you mentioned that you were "aided" by the Dutch , French, Spanish and Prussians. It does you nothing to admit that you you could not do it alone. O.K, 200 yrs later you are the power in the world but, as the old saying goes.. "to ignore your past............" By the way, a good army does not rely on numbers, only on skill!!!!
