Sailun Inspire Summer Tires Review After 6 Months & 25K Kilometers

We loved our Sailun Winter Tires, so when it was time to replace our summer tires, we figured a Set of Sailun Summers would be a good idea. So we put on the Sailun Inspire Summer Tires. This video shows the installation (not that it's essential, but fun to shoot), our thoughts on the Inspire summer tires immediately after installation and then lastly our thoughts on the Sailun Inspire Summer tires after 6+ months and over 25K Kilometers. I noticed that the 6-month date is wrong on the video. Supposed to be in October 2022.
Would I buy these for our other car? Most definitely.

I bought a set for my Outback they are surprisingly quiet and smooth riding. Remind me of Michelin Defender I had one time at much lower price. They do seem to be physically heavier though.

I don’t live far from you. Where did you get these tires? I just priced a set at Shay Tire in Berwick. Think I am going to pull the trigger especially since the size I need is on sale and they are a lot cheaper than the Uniroyal Tiger Paw touring a/s I just priced. They are for my sons 2011 Kia Rio

Well so far for us the Sailun tires are 3 for 3. We have now tried 2 sets of their winter tires and a set of summer/all season. And no regrets. We have been super happy with these tires for comfort, dependability and price. Pretty sure I'm gonna get these for our other car once the time comes. And yes I noticed that the 6 month date is wrong. Supposed to be October 2022. Recently purchased a 2019 jeep Cherokee Limited 3.2 V6. It’s a lease return and came with Sailun inspire all season radials. I have never experienced flat spotting so fast as these tires do. Literally overnight especially in the cold. Takes 5 to 8 miles to smooth out. They do smooth out on the highway after a while. But it’s very strange leaving in the morning, feeling like you have a flat.

we have these on 2 cars and no issues with flat spots. And we had their winters on our cars as well with no issues. Not sure why you're having issues.

@@gregtoope i’m not either. But it is a jeep Cherokee. You never know with these things. It goes away after a little while that’s why I’m thinking it is one of the tires. I guess I won’t know till I replace them. I do like the way they ride on the highway. Beautiful.

Just about to buy some all seasons for my Outback. Got lots of Kms out of my Firestones but with 272,000 km on the odometer, it might be wise to hedge my bets and spend a little less on some Sailuns. I have Sailuns on my 06 GTO and am happy with them. Thanks for the review. Al from across the bay in Quispamsis

well it all depends on where you are located. we have a local shop here that carries them.

@@gregtoope Yeah, there are three shops here in town that sell them. Just makes it inconvenient to shop around. I think I'm getting grumpier as time goes on and I just want a 'one stop shopping' experience. lol.

@@gregtoope Great to hear. I have an older car we only drive about once or twice a week. I didn’t want to spend $800 for General tires like I did on our main car.

I'm also using set of Sailun Atrezzo in 2012 Hyundai Elantra. For me, I will say they have road noise, apart from that they are good specially with grip and ride comfort. They consume most of the vibrations from the road compared to previous branded tires. I ordered another set of Sailun Inspire for Toyota Yaris. Most of all its budget tires.

we have super pleased with the Sailun tires. We've used their summers and winter tires. Really good, especially if you can find a good price on them.
