1. Never ever apply Apple Cider vinegar on your hair. Professionals don't approve. 2. Yes sulphates does cause harm to our hair but to some people, sulphates are essential for hair. It depends on body to body. Edit : I have 6 inch length of hair, here are some of my tips for hair growth: 1. Massage your hair with oil ( i prefer mixture of coconut oil and castor oil in the ratio of 3:1) atleast 2 times a week. 2. Oil should be slightly warm (not too hot). 3. Use fenugreek(or rice) water rinse before shampooing. 4. Protect your hair with conditioning if you go out on regular basis. It will protect your hair from dirt, sunlight,pollution. 5. Always dilute your shampoo with half cup of water. Never ever apply direct shampoo on scalp. 6. Don't rub your strands while shampooing and don't use shampoo on strands, and always use conditioner on strands not scalp. 7. Whenever you apply hair oil, just braid your hair lightly, keep it for 2 to 6 hours and then shampoo. Any queries are welcome :-)

You did not mention if the Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with water has to be used after shampooing and rinsing hair,then rinse hair with same or do we have to mix with shampoo and rinse the hair.

Apple cider vinegar rince isnt good for hair . Yeah if you want to remove build up than could be used once in 2-3 month . continuous use of it will wash of hair melanin and your will become lighter than white .
