Pretty sure it’s old. I think the album this song came from was unreleased until this year, originally from 2015-2016

It's from his new album Cash Wednesday released only recently. However, according to the album info, it was produced in 2015-2016 but got lost on a hard drive. Luckily, he managed to retrieve most of the samples and finish it.
