In this Belgrade food & travel guide/ vlog we explore coffee culture in the main street of Kneza Mihaila. Visit the largest golden Orthodox church in Serbia. Check out a cool bar and drink local Serbian beer. Create a really bad beer commercial and finally eat a giant pancake. The mosaics in the Cathedral of Saint Sava are real 24 carat gold. More than 300 mosaic artists worked on the iconography. Glad you guys enjoyed it :-)

If you are doing a day trip, the place called salas 137 is a must for food.

Last year only the crypt was open everything else was under construction. It's great to see it now fully completed

There is still some work being done inside but nothing major. Just a small section of the floor was being done but it still was amazing and the crypt artwork was great!

@@LetsTravel-MF Floor is completed, it's also marble, but they put this carpet thing over it few days ago, i think they are polishing the floor so that's why. Soon they should open elevators to terraces just under the doom at the top of the temple so you will have full circle view of the city. I'm from Belgrade, great vid, now i want milky pancake :) Another good spot for pancakes is Keops, it's a river boat pancake house on pedestrian zone by the Danube river halfway to Zemun.

@@carick235 ohhh okay I thought they were still working on the floor my bad. Man I love that belgrade has many places to get great pancakes! Thanks for the recommendation. I want to come back to Belgrade in the summer to see the river boat bars and now pancake boat house! :)
