I love St Etienne. They came in their thousands to Liverpool in 1977 & they're still the best visiting supporters that I've ever seen. Just ahead of Dortmund.

@@rishifr3 I did manage to visit the city, about 15 yrs ago, when we were staying in Lyon. Trying, in vain, to buy a St Etienne 1970's replica shirt. I swapped shirts with a bloke in the pub after the game here, but it 'went missing' at some stage. Didn't manage to find one in the end, but had a really good day there & ended up chatting to a cafe owner who was actually at Anfield for that match. Found it to be a really friendly place....👍
