This is a good way to level up, go into Decker Turf with a Tank and start shooting them. I choose them as their Specialist carries a Melee Weapon - (Shock Hammer) instead of using a Sniper in a Chopper or guy with a Grenade Launcher. Gang Difficulty by Weapon vs Tank, most to least 1 Luchadores 2. Morningstar 3. Deckers
