The fact we are losing players weekly and continuing to pick up points is outstanding. Tella off and maybe adams means we do need another striker. If Adam Armstrong gets injured we will be in trouble.

@@diabeticdave7840 our squad is mostly youngsters, and also a new manager comes a new playstyle which the players will need to get used to. im not sure why you want to throw shade when we are getting 3 points?

credit to RM for making those subs, they all had a positive impact. wasn’t easy for us due to all the noise of outgoings and constantly having an unsettled squad. but also credit to QPR, they made it hard for us, they are just lacking depth and some better quality. sinclair armstrong scares me, if he ever finds consistency he’s going to have a very good career.

Agreed, I'm the only Southampton fan in my area of Louisiana. Would I like friends to bond with here? Sure, but I'm happy not at the same time. Because I know these people with Chelsea and Man City bumper stickers would rip them of their vehicles if they were ever relegated.

I'm from the US and I am the only Southampton supporter I have ever met, and been watching every game since 2010. Can I come to a game when I go to UK or am I too touristy?

Far from convincing but ecstatic with the win. Fair play QPR if I’m entirely honest, I’d feel hard done by. Going straight back up is far from certain. STOP selling all our best players SR. There has to be a point where enough is enough! We march on 🔴⚪️ next week will be crucial

Such a difference between Southampton and Leicester City compared to Watford (my team). These teams have come down and are dominating so far. We came down and look like we're exactly where we belong.

Call me a pessimist, but the season is feeling like we need to get as many points as we can in the early games before the squad has all been sold and the ones left aren’t fatigued yet.

I feel the saints are too open on the counterattack in particular on set pieces and we will leak goals very soon when teams figure this out. We have decent build up play but the last third is a concern. I think we will be lucky to make it to the play offs this season.
