The thing is, the Creator of OPM admitted that Saitama is a GagCharacter, whose by Default the Strongest source of Power in every Multniverse which would technically include the Dragonball universe, it's an Omniversal law/rule : he literally can't be beaten/defeated

Would LOVE to see a full-length animation from you here nostar, I think people would agree that you're awesome and EASILY over a million views would come in watching your content; Goku vs saitama, even if they're just fighting and there's no real winner, being saitama doesn't take damage and goku doesn't quite have a limiter himself...so sort of like a duel more so I think would be fitting with a comical ending rather than an absolute winner. Vegito vs saitama would be really fun to watch and especially some animations that go from goku's base form and up each one, even if the duration is short you'd be great, all in all, your animations are incredible either way.

Saitama's tiering level is often considered to be "beyond measurable limits" or "undefined" because of his Limitless power in the One Punch Man manga/anime. He is designed as a Invincible Gag character, capable of defeating any opponent however strong with a single punch, making it challenging to place him within conventional power scaling systems.

well, if that’s really the case, then you could still argue that Goku is far beyond that Dragon Ball has its own gag character in the form of Arale is by far stronger than Saitama. Her gag abilities, consist of manipulating and altering reality changing time affecting even her own manga pages and even messing with Tori Yama the creator of her manga and anime Her strength and feats are amazing and far beyond anything she can even make herself hundreds of times stronger than her opponent If she wanted and even destroy the universe that she resides in by tearing out the manga pages or altering reality What does this have to do with Goku you may ask? well it stated that she lives in the Dragon Ball universe as Penguin Village is a part of the Dragon Balls earth and that’s where she lives end of z goku is stated by numerous guides and mangas To be stronger than anybody in the Dragon Ball universe that includes Arale thus making him more powerful than a gag character thus meaning he’s stronger than Saitama.

Lovely animation. Only problem, why is goku acting so "evil like" he would never outright attack someone without having a chat, sharing names and then starting the spar fight with a big grin of his face. Goku is not an evil character obviously, he would only attack seriously if they where a threat to the planet.
