जोपर्यंत आपण आपल्या विचारात बदल घडत नाही तोपर्यंत आपण सकारात्मक विचारांमध्ये सातत्य राखले पाहिजे.
To balance the ill effects of the negativity, we have to be more positive. Dr. Fredrickson has given the ratio for negativity to positivity as 1:3.
We have to be consistent till we see the change in our thinking.

Dr. Anuradha Harkare is a Post Graduate in Counselling Psychology from Pune University. She also holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry. She has been teaching since 1989 and runs ‘Mind Catalyst Study and Counselling Centre’ at Pune.
She has authored many Psychology textbooks such as मानसशास्त्राची पायाभरणी, सामाजिक मानसशास्त्राची ओळख, आरोग्य मानसशास्त्र, सकारात्मक मानसशास्त्र, Foundations Of Psychology, and Introduction to Social Psychology, and Positive Psychology.
Apart from academic works, she has co-authored a Marathi book - 'फुलाला सुगंध मातीचा' with the interviews of successful personalities such as Dr. Anil Kakodkar, Adv Ujjwal Nikam, Mrunal Kulkarni, Sachin Tendulkar, and Shreya Ghoshal.
She wrote a column named 'मोठ्यांचं बालपण' in Marathi weekly “Zee Marathi- Disha”.
