I'm not surprised that this got downvoted so many times. Stoner rock is a very strong and particular genre. Let those guys take their baby steps through Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Deathpunch, and Motionless in White for a couple more years. They just weren't ready for this yet.

black sabbath is now a style of music... the beauty in it is to listen for all the little nuances that these bands add to the caulderon of sabatic doominess... its a subtle thing to listen for.. none of these stoner bands are shooting to make the charts.. its more about preserving a sound and adding a little something to it. +Kristijan Kovče ...The Harvest is not a pop rock album. It has maybe some punk elements but it is a far cry from consumerist pop rock or contemporary rock even. Get off your high horse.

LordApocalyptica I never agreed Harvest is a pop-rock album. I just consider it to be more of a in your face kind of metal album, rather than psychedelic/stoner Seven thunders roar or the ''doom'' First Comunion. I don't think they've gone soft, but only expanded their views.
