I am going from the Samsung S5 ( 6 yrs. old..yikes) to the iPhone 11 👍🏼 It’s making my brain a little crazy....but I know I need to pass the learning curve first. This video has already taught me so much 👍🏼 I’m 75, so I’m not as savvy as you guys that are reading this.......but I’m not an old fart either ! Soooo...I’m up for this cool challenge ! Lol. While making the changes you suggested I discovered MAGNIFY and also the flash light is adjustable. Without watching this video I would have never discovered these, and with my vision fading this is a game changer ! Thanks Sakitech

I had an upgrade from 6s to 11. I was stuck between white and purple but when I got to the store, I fell inlove with green. So i got the green instead. Absolutely amazing. 😍

I like to keep my auto lock on 5 minutes Bc it’s actually gonna take up more battery if you keep having to turn the phone back on

After watching this video I discovered a zillion more things you can change. A few things I changed that have made me like the phone a lot more is reduced the motion of the apps when switching from app to app or returning home. And in addition to holding the text also increasing the contrast and reducing transparency in apps and also setting videos previews in the photos app to not automatically play which was driving me crazy. The final thing I did was set my assistive to take me to control center with a single tap and give me reachability with a double tap. The control center is especially nice to not have to reach all the way up to the top right corner. Oh and also reduce the white point, much better on the eyes. Great video, thanks!

Great job Sakitech; I learnt a lot from this vid. It is sad how people misinterpret a tutorial like this and take it as instruction. We all have the option to set things to our OWN liking, provided we know what those options are and how to set them. This is why this video is very helpful.

I don’t think it’s really necessary to mess with the “Allow” on or off because the final step to purchasing anything is face recognition. Unless you’re an identical twin, you shouldn’t be worried.

Auto-Lock should be set to 5 minutes not 30 seconds. It’s a very short period. Yes the screen takes up a lot of battery (Obviously) however if it turns off and you turn the screen back on it would take more power. 5 minutes is the perfect time for me and I’d suggest everyone to do the same.

This guy reminds me of a dad who is always mad that someone left a light on. Most of his tips have to do with not wasting the battery and disabling absolutely everything in case enemy spies get a hold of his phone. He lays awake at night worried that some supervillain is planning to rearrange his apps.
