豚の生姜焼き用の肉を使って唐揚げを作りました。鶏唐揚げも美味しいですが、豚唐揚げはまた違った美味しさです!肉の厚みが薄く早く揚がってしまうので、油の温度を少し低めにし、ゆっくり箸で時々返しながら油に泳がせてゆっくり揚げるとカラッサクッとなります。味もしっかり染みるので、ご飯がすすみますよ!お好みのソースで豚から丼にして食べるのもいいですよ!また、おつまみとしても最高です!簡単なので是非作ってみて下さい!
材料 2~3人分
豚肉(生姜焼き用) 280g
醤油        大さじ1
酒         大さじ1
みりん       大さじ1
オイスターソース  大さじ1
おろし生姜     小さじ1
おろしニンニク   小さじ1
片栗粉       適量
