It's ...the kind of head in most of daily prayers ... Like it's basically means ..with the blessings of all buddha and their teachings..and my devotion towards them ...May i become Enlightenment for all sentient beings...second one was like ...May all sentient beings have a all cause of happiness ..and they never face any kind of disturbance ...And face a happiness without any fear and worries and may the happiness remains there for permanent state ... If you can't remember the Tibetan words ...just remember the meaning the are all same .. because it's about how you feel not what you pronounce 🙏🙏🙏 may it help you 🙏🙏🙏

@@jtmatto thanks friend, you helped me to find the text in the web🙏 But I always find the version of refuge abd boddhicita that starts with "SANG-GYEY CHÖ DANG TSOG-KYI CHOG NAM-LA..." and if I understand right, she starts with taking refuge to the lama "palden tsa wei lama rinpoche...". Are there different versions? I only can find the one I showed to you...

@@irgend-jemand0815 well friend it's basically 8 line prayer ... I can translate it for you ...well it's goes like bodichitta ones goes like. To all the Buddha's and their teachings. Will my body speech and mind I pay respect. From the merit of my dedication. May I attain the state of perfect Buddhahood for all mother sentient beings
