The reason why Deva and Vardha became enemies is because Deva killed Vardha's younger brother Bachhi..Vardha said he doesn't fear anything but the biggest fear is his younger brother's well-being..During the climax when Deva was getting his tattoo made by the old lady, he told the men who were trying to kill Bachhi that sharpen the weapons well so that only the skin doesn't cut but even bones too..And later much is not shown from that action block..Just some flashes in Deva's eyes..And he meets with Vardha alone continuing their fights together..after that nothing is shown about Bachhi... At that time Vardha definitely didn't know that time Deva killed Bachhi...But later he would have come to know which turned them enemies..I am 200% sure on this..

Spoiler alert :- This movie is similar to neel first directed movie ugram but extended with kabila and sort so according to ugram , the reason for becoming arch enemy could be deva killing his brother whom he loves as shown in the salaar how much he loves him. super simple. think of salaar series as a mix of bahubali , RRR and KGF. If you can pick and stitch the story lines and screenplay you can predict the full story. Shruti Hasan's dad must've helped (Deva + Vardha) to kill Kartha. Deva and Vardha must be half brothers due to illegit relationship between Kartha and Deva's mom who is also the mother of Vardha, although Kartha never mentions about it and just tells everyone that Vardha is his second wife's son. Deva is not illegit son but Vardha is. Also, nowhere Neel said that he is going to shoot a high budget Ugram movie. So kannada fans can relax.

Raja mannar didnot say that he will give his chair to varadha. Think if there are 3 levels, top-middle-lower , in top there is king with their children then in middle there are ministers(3 of them are from mannar clan and 2 from eagle clan) and last level lower members in that varadha raja mannar waas there, but he should be in 2nd level but to save deva he gave it to their gaurd and he become the member in 2nd level. So before leaving kansaar, raja mannar said that his son should be lord before he arrive kansaar. That why from top level they said from any 5 of u guys, anyone should give a seat to varadha raja mannar! Understood?
