My favorite all time salad is a spinach salad with tons of fresh sliced veggies and warm bacon dressing. I think your dressing is very similar so I'm looking forward to trying your version this week.

Rory - you are always too kind. Hey - on your site could you address something no one seems to be directly talking about. That is the re-opening of Europe this summer. Everyone says vaccinated people can travel - but not one source mentions whether children under the current age allowed for vaccines can travel. Inquiring families want to know.
