1. Tomatoes with garlic sauce, cheese and chives
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 3 larger pieces (700 grams)
Chives - 1.5 bunches (40 grams)
Cheese - 60 grams
Natural yogurt -100 grams
Mayonnaise - 20 grams
Garlic - clove (or more if you like)
Spices: salt, pepper, oregano
2. Salad with arugula, pear and camembert in honey mustard sauce
Ingredients:
Arugula - 2 large handfuls
Pear - 2 pieces
Camembert - 1 piece
Walnuts - about 30 grams
Olive - 15 grams
Honey - 1 tsp
Mustard (I used honey) - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 3/4 tbsp
salt pepper
3. Potato salad
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 650 grams
Red onion - 1 piece
Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces (200 grams)
Chives - 1 bunch
Dill - 1 bunch
Natural yogurt - 80 grams
Mayonnaise - 20 grams
Mustard - 20 grams
Salt pepper
4. Salad with mozzarella, tomatoes, onions and pesto
Ingredients:
Mozzarella - 1 package
Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
Iceberg lettuce - 1/2 piece
Red onion - 1 piece
Basil pesto - 2.5 tbsp
Sunflower - 2.5 tbsp
