While he got lucky and defused in the Buu saga, during his fight with Zamasu, Vegito doesn't get as lucky this time around. Let's see how it affects the Tournament of Power!

They'd still de-fuse because of buu's bad air, which was reconned when they made potara last for 1 hour, not sure about what the fuck would happen in the goku black arc, maybe they'd enter fat buu's body, de-fuse and then exit fat buu's body.

@@soulrage8147 don't know about that, vegito or gogeta are certainly strong but that is because their original individuals are strong I mean for goku and vegeta to grow that strong they needed to spar with each other, vegeto or gogeta being fused together will damper it's growth since neither would have an equal to spare with

@@soulrage8147 my assumption was vegito buu saga, the later they fuse the stronger will be, with current Broly story either fusion would have overpowered broly, although I don't think they could reach above top tier God of destruction level or angel Eidt: without ui or some power beyond evolved blue I don't think they could rival them

Hmm... Vegito being "his own training partner" made me wonder. What would happen if a fusion used a Multi-form-esque technique, such as the one from Spirit Control? Could Vegito use it to temporarily become Goku and Vegeta again, until the copies ended?

It would have to be a clone or a different person. Fusion using Potara Earrings creates a separate essence. Whereas if they used the fusion dance, which merges the two essences, they could split to train.

For the Broly Movie. Vegito is getting tired of being the strongest in Universe 7 and wants a challenge. Vegetas side. And because of the TOP his eyes were open to more potential and he wants achieve it. Kakarot side. He ask Whis if there's anyone in the universe that could hold a fight to him. Whis uses his staff to check and finds planet Vampa. He takes him there, they meet Broly, and they would have the fight on Vampa instead of Earth.

@@legohunter1020 he wouldn’t goku would agree but vegeta would deny it if he becomes the strongest warrior then he’d simply just stay at that point he’s changed remember, he’s reached a point where he feel’s he’s at the strongest and comfortable with that he went to as far as ditch training to be with his family for when his daughter is born, which show’s he doesn’t care about training anymore since he’s gotten to a level he’s believed to be at the highest

I think vegito defused in buu since he was trying to absorb them it pulled them apart and the barrier only stoped them from being absorbed immediately.

Before the recent retcon I always thought Buu breaking down Vegito was essentially "killing" him, so he should have brought him back as a separate character.

I personally think Vegito can take even awaken Jiren! Renember when Vegeta and Goku use the potara they don't know how to handle the body. but after all this time im pretty sure with Vegeta Pride and Goku Bravery Vegito does not even need ultra instinct to defeat Jiren!

I think that an easy way to make this what if work well would be to set it where it works like in the ret-con, the only difference is it takes the super dragonballs to un-fuse gods, but Vegito stays fused because both Goku and Vegeta have god ki infused into them, so I think that the potara may be tricked into thinking that Vegito was made up of gods, so that way it makes sense why Vegito originally defused in the Buu saga without having to rely on "bad air"

I have a theory : if two people in the fusion dont have the same form ' they won't be able to transform into that form ' thats why if vegito couldnt defuse they wouldnt get ultra instinct considering that its goku and vegeta fused

Spoiler alert: Nah they would it was hinted in the anime when who’s said goku you need to think more and vegeta you need to think less, vegito is a perfect combination, this means that he will get ultra instinct easier than goku did and might get it as a base thing like how goku in the granolah saga is doing

Part 1 of rating salad saiyan’s video Rating : 10/10 I love this scenario with smug stick the colab definitely works here and even though it vastly changes the story it is still quite realistic as it only ignores the ‘retcon’ (up for debate) Both KZfaqrs showed amazing narrative ability’s 👏👏

There's a plot hole with this. The magic inside of Majin Buu defused Vegito, so why didn't they get Buu to absorb them and spit them out to defuse them?

Uhh not sure if this still imply but didn’t elder Kai say that once he went super saiyan he can’t turn back which means once he goes to blue he won’t be able to go back and basically die from energy exhaustion.

the actual thing was if they fused WHILE already super saiyan that it would greatly shorten their lifespan. however they powered up to it, which is no different than normal. it only had to do with the pre-fusion state they were in

Personally i think it would've made more sense that they couldn't defuse because now Vegeta and Goku have god ki now so that stops them from defusing, against Buu they didn't have god ki yet so that's why they were seen as mortals so they defused

Actually, this can happen if the Potara involved are from a Supreme Kai, because these temporally makes you one as long as you wear them. So a Vegito wearing these can last forever and defuse whenever, or if the earrings got destroyed. Sadly no one seems to recall this.

1:15 the way i had it explained, or atleast how i understood it, is that our lord himself, was seen as an oxymoronic logic bomb to the kais absorbed by buu, thus their magic broke the fusion. Something like that atleast, definitely involved the fact that A: Not a kai, and B: Buu absorbed kais.

I wish that we got Gotenks with a spirit sword since if Zamasu a relatively weak character (still strong but no were near as strong as ssjblue Vegito or Goku black rosé) can use a ki blade than Gotenks can tbh I also want Gogeta with it
