CoS is a document stating that you have been employed by an employer who has got the license to sponsor. However it doesn’t cover your flight expenses, it contains so many things such as your contracted years of employment, pay per annum etc. the only column that might likely look like they are covering your expenses is called “maintenance” this however doesn’t entail that your flight expenses would be covered rather it explains that if your employer ticks the maintenance column, you wouldn’t be needing to submit your PROOF OF FUNDS to the visa application centre. If your employer would cover flight and accommodation expenses, they will communicate to you on that. I hope this is clear.

Shared apartment is less expensive though it’s not a good option if you have low tolerance level. Studio apartment is expensive but you get to have your privacy. Most shared apartments are bills inclusive( your bills are included in your rent) but in studio, you sort your bills yourself.

If you had signed a form to work more that 40 hours which is stipulated in the UK employment law. I think it’s called “opting out”. It’s possible you would have to work up to that hours in a week.

It was stated in my offer letter that I will be working 48 hours in a week.

So it’s best you come and earn, save up and bring them here to give them a better life. What kind of better life and opportunities are you talking about when you guys become stranded here and start looking for funds from friends or help from people???????
