That Standard wage is not a thing in Bangladesh to be proud of I guess. 4 years in CSE background, after spending more than 10 lac or more I won't be satisfied working for a job with this salary range

If you are joining softwares industry both are same... CSE teaches you some Extra Physics, Math and Electronics courses. SWE dont have those. That's the only difference. But If you are joining a company that are Electronics related like IoT then CSE will get some extra advantages.

Hi sakib, i am from India. well tbh, competitive programming helps you in developing your problem solving abilities. but in the industry, altogether different kind of work takes place. generally in B2B companies, tech stack like java, springboot, kafka, flink and AWS is used. one needs to have good grasp of core CS Topics like operating systems, database systems etc. as well.
