Hi Nick, love the videos very helpful. What about in the case where the lead source may effect the likelihood of conversion, for example a new client verses a past client we've worked with previously? How might we factor that into the formula or forecasting structure?

i have tried to use the formula but I am getting an error message saying "illegal" formula - any ideas on what might be causing that to pop up? thank you!
