Enjoyed your video Rebecca, you're bang on with the process part, it's those little steps that good Sp's drop that make sales people great. Trained 000's sales peeps and always remember a guy from the auto industry telling me his winning opener: He'd approach them say hi and ask if they looking around or have something specific in mind he can help them with? If shopping around he'd back off and let them know he's there if they have any questions. A great sort the wheat from the chaff question done in a non threatening way. The best approach is a helpful one, show the human side in the interaction with the customer. Not the in your face approach which a lot of companies have. But in general alot of customers don't like to be "harassed" or approached out of the blue, very off putting. Anyways great video, you are brilliant at explaining/advising. 👍
