In this proof we take a look at connecting field service staff with key data and actions via wearables (Google Glass). Customers and dispatchers can track the technician and their efforts via an Uber style view, as well as the real-time status of assets in the field via connected device integration (IoT), surfacing this data in Glass and the Service Console.

Is this via ServiceMax or other force.com app?

Thanks Scott Turner, this was a force.com app. Ended up adding a few basic objects to support the field service activities. Nice part is that this layer could ultimately work for both paths, as the API is nice and clean to access the data either way.
