Whatever content for video wrong and valuewise it is below average. ServiceNow name earlier Glidetech not glitch tech, it uses JavaScript based glide script and not Java for internal scripting , it is more incline towards infrastructure management and service oriented industry where process are involved. Sales force is CRM based platform where sales processes are involved and supports many custom app development. Both are moving towards no-code , low code approach where logic is needed but not programming part

Thanks first of all for explaining in such well detailed way. I have the doubt and I dont know how I got the recommended for your video. and You video all my doubt. I am in ServiceNow Admin/Developer with 2 years of work experience and looking for change to Accenture. I have done B.Tech. But I have done Class 12 from NIOS(Open Schooling), Am I eligible for Accenture? If you can check and confirm that would be very helpful for me.

Java is a back end support where as Java script is a front end so if you have knowledge on both then it's good else depends on the requirement

1st thing, I got this notification today. My worry is all about when we take this training.. if i get mail for modules i.e for TFA how can i prepare for both at a time. 2nd thing, is there any registering fee for training before it starts or only fee for exam to get certification. 3rd thing, if the training is free of cost, after gaining skills can i leave the exam.

I have had used BMC (early 2000) and Salesforce (2010 onwards) excellent PM tool all the more user friendly. Servicenow have been using it since July this year and it SLOW/SUCKS!!

If they sent mail then they might onboard but to be at safer side don't wait for it get some more offers in hand, if they provide it on Feb then you can go else you won't be in trouble if you have other offer in hand

Not only ITSM. It is huge. Give right information. ITBM,GRC,SECOPS,CSM,HRSD,ITFM,DEVOPS,etc. All are in demand now. Comparison is there , servicenow has CSM and Salesforce has service cloud. This is a competition.
