Back in the 60's, where I grew up. Salisbury was made with cube steak. Its how I would still make it, but hubby doesn't like mushroom.

I'm cooking for just me (one). Judging by the quantities that Chef Pasquale makes up, he's cooking for about 4. I have to cut his quantities way down if I wanna use his recipes. I'd like to know from the start how many meals Chef Pasquale is cooking up, so I know how much to scale it back.

When I watch this video it's different from osara recipe videoing. It looks like it's filmed from a phone very narrow to see on the Pasquale channel. But very good recipes . And hands were invented before you canceled. So yes of course you mix it with your hands.thank you
