I normally don't have this problem. Except when I'm talking to a cute guy I have a crush on. I'm smiling nervously and awkwardly the whole time and I forget to swallow. Eventually my mouth gets super full and (I'm 5'1" so I'm looking up pretty high all the time) eventually I'm gurgling my words. It's I think a psychological thing for me, not a medical thing.

I have a lot of saliva in my mouth, I didn't even notice until someone pointed it out to me a couple years ago. But I realized I always have my head tilted back a bit to keep my saliva from dripping out when I talk and I slurp a lot. These were things I didn't realize I did until they were pointed out to me, now I notice I have a swimming pool of spit in my mouth and I'm kinda self-conscious about it. I wonder if it's because I smile all the time? I don't wanna stop smiling, though. I love to smile. What should I do?
