As a Mexican with a big part of my family being lebanese, let me tell you that they are really proud of their lebanese ancestry... My great grandparenta arived at the beginning of the century, but we still eat lebanese cuisine, so even if I say I am Mexican, in the back of my mind I still know that my family life is shaped by that lebanese/mexican culture... so I think she would be too
