Shocked at the low views. I didn't know much about her until now. OMG she is a force. I could listen to her talk all day. She thinks before she speaks. So glad not to hear umm, uhhh, you know, cause like. She is artistic even with her everyday speech. Breath of fresh air. Now I want to watch everything she has ever done. Adding her to my list of ppl I admire.

I was drawn to Salma not only because of her natural exotic beauty, but because of her spirit! She speaks her mind. Exudes strength, braveness and courage to be who she is! Gutsy and funny to boot! I'm so drawn by spirited women who can stand behind their vision, imagination and for what they believe in. I'm one lucky human to have a soul mate who encompass many of Salma's quality and characteristics. Bravo Salma! Keep doing what you are doing. AshleyS60 true, she is so much more than a pretty face. She has integrity and passion and it shows in everything she does and says. I have so much respect and admiration for her. Of course she is physically beautiful but she has so much more to offer than just that. She is a very special woman. I love you Salma.

I remember that first second when I saw her in Nuevo Amanecer,her first telenovela. Since that magical moment I felt that she wasn't another big telenovela star. That she was born for something bigger. Years have passed and time reconfirmed me that I was right. There's no other Mexican TV or cinema star bigger than her. Very proud of all her achievements, her personality,her authenticity, her display of being a Mexican woman.

I am so glad I watched this interview. The moderator brought out who Salma Hayek really is and I am now officially a fan. It is so true about working so hard and learning so much more from overcoming difficulties. She does it so gracefully and you can tell she has a brilliant mind.

Ah Selma. Great actress, wonderful spirit, strong woman, beautiful and sophisticated lady. her beauty is not just physical. She is beautiful from inside out, something that we don't see on the other fake, plastic, anorexic so called actresses. She is so genuine and honest that it draws you in. I love her accent by the way. The accent makes her even sexier. What a powerful human being.

Absolutely one of the best interviews I've ever heard. What a brilliant writer, producer, actress and glorious human she is. She would be a great Ambassador, Senator, President. Nothing escapes her. She has an incredible mind and a way of speaking which is inclusive, warm and honest.

I have always loved Salma. I grew up in an era when "girl power" is so hyped that when I first saw her interview in Oprah, it validated the things I believe about women empowerment. I'm now an adult, but goodness, it seemed that she stopped aging.

Brilliant mind of Salma. Great interview. I am sad that this video has little views. Not only Salma gives us an insight of her experience in the filming industry but a much better understanding of how unfair the industry treats Latino talent in general.

Ms. Hayek is a splendid and strong person. It' s great that she and others are so publicly tackling these issues now. There have been women pushing for these changes and saying these things for decades, but they didn't have enough support from others to bring about the major and fundamental changes that seem to be happening now - it finally seems to have reached the tipping point.

Wow! Selma Hayek just blew me away with her interpretation regarding the core message in "Beatriz At Dinner." Selma so eloquently explained that when absolution of acceptance is realized through communication that expresses an understanding of our common humanity. That this will everyone to come together in unity as one pure emphatical human race. I've always believed that to be true and it is why we are all here! My eyes weld up and I truly felt as one with her at that moment. The only way that I explain that moment is with the word kindred.

I have loved this womans work since first discovering it........seen a bunch of other interviews....was totally impressed by all that she is and says........but this........I'm totally floored......not surprised that I am........but I am just blown away.......she is soooooo deep and insightful.......about everything....acting...writing....politics.......human rights.....animal rights......you name it......and the way she expresses herself.....wish she had run for president........she is just phenomenal.

There's is no comparison between her and Salma. Salma is where she is because she is hard worker, smart, passionate, etc., not using her body like talia, she got married with Tommy bcuz she was behing a married man Emilio Estefan so Emilio's wife got an idea to get rip away of her, she introduce Tommy to her. Talia been a dirty/nasty women since she was teen.

Ya...I agree. That's a good point an believe that women should be treated equally an should get paid just the same amount as the Male actor. Cause wether Male or female they are both acting. What makes them therefore any less. And commend Salma for her courage to speak out about such points as sexual harassment e.t.c. an how women are not treated fairly. Big fan of Salma hajek.
