I agree with Selma to relax and with the comments on finding your true love. Just celebrated our 36yr anniversary and WE are still very much in love with each other. People ( family, friends and strangers) say we look young and that we don’t look our age at all (62,58) So yes, happiness and love definitely help’s our overall health and appearance.
