@jlgrooveboy well I'm not going to mention any specific queens, but I may be wrong, feel free to correct me if so, but the "windup" from I have observed in drag shows started in this neck of the woods. As to specific queens, so many queens in PA and Maryland know how to do it, I honestly cannot cite specific examples as to who were the first to do it in PA/MD.....i've shared the stage with a few of them though over the years......

You are right the stage isnt for everyone and it isnt for Salma Ross.

One of the contestants at Miss Gay International 2010 (forgot which one) did this mix. She used no dancers, but gave it a completely new twist. That is the key to successfully using someone else's mix...using it is not the problem, lack of creative interpretation is.......as we all know there are mixes that are popular in the world of FI

@CloroxDoll LOL@ salma..granted I STANK in my early drag career I"LL FULLY ADMIT IT...but if you're going to do a MAJOR Diva mix like "heavyon my heart/accept me" you better bring it...look at some of the horrid renditions of Woman's got the Power & Let's Get loud by drag queens on YT to get the picture....we have a similar "hot mess" here north of the Mason-Dixon who lacks real originality and "borrows" /copies from other queens POORLY

She needs to go back and make an even bigger embarassment of herself by begging Erica Andrews to use her name.
