Preparation
(1) Prepare 300g of potatoes. Peel off the skin and cut into small pieces
(2) Cook through the potatoes
(3) Cut 5 cloves of garlic into half, remove the sprout
(4) Chop 1 chili pepper into small rings
(5) Blanch 5 stalks of green beans and slice them into small sections
(6) Cut 1/4 onion into thin slices
(7) Cut 80g of cabbage into small pieces
(8) Cut 1 strip of bacon into lardons
(9) Prepare 1/2 salmon, remove the bones and skin and cut it in small pieces
Marinade of salmon
(1) 1 tbsp of sake
(2) 1 tbsp of mirin
(3) 1 tbsp of soy sauce
(4) Marinate for 15 minutes
Method
Bacon & Cabbage Soup
(1) Add 1/2 tsp of olive oil and put to medium heat
(2) Add bacon and fry until fat melts
(3) Add onion and fry until translucent
(4) Add Cabbage
(5) Add 600cc of Chicken stock
(6) 6 cherry tomatoes
(7) Salt & pepper
(8) Green beans
Salmon & Garlic Potato Salad
(1) Make sure the potatoes have been cooked through
(2) Place a pan diagonally
(3) Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and add garlic
(4) Put to low heat and fry the garlic until golden brown
(5) Add chili pepper and potatoes
(6) Add 10g of butter and break the potatoes into smaller pieces
(7) Take all ingredients out
(8) Add some oil in the pan and pan-fry the salmon
[Point] Marinated ingredients get burnt easily, so beware of the heat
(9) When the salmon is cooked through, put them in the salad bowl
(10) Cut 1/2 of avocado into small dices and put them into the salad bowl
[Point]Avocado oxidizes easily, so i to keep the beautiful green
[Point]prepare all the other ingredients first and add avocado at the final step
(11) Add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
(12) Salt & pepper to taste
(13) Mix them well
