VIETNAMESE-STYLE SALMON SPRING ROLLS
I am obsessed with spring rolls in general but Salmon Springs rolls are my favorite! To accomplish the best-tasting dishes, you must start with the best and healthiest ingredients. That is why @bluehousesalmon is one of my favorite salmon to use in the kitchen. No Antibiotics and non-GMO salmon! This recipe is easy to make and perfect for this spring!

Ingredients:
* 6-8 @bluehousesalmon fillets
* 1-2 tbsp - Olive oil
* 1 1/2 tsp - Coarse garlic salt
* 1 tsp - Chili powder
* 1 tsp - Sesame oil
* 6-8 round rice paper sheets
* A handful of romaine lettuce
* 1 cup - cooked vermicelli
* 1/ 2 - English cucumber
* 1/2 - Carrot
* 1/2 cup - Cilantro strings
* 1 Jalapeños (Sliced)
Instructions:
Gently remove the skin of the salmon with a knife.
Slice @bluehousesalmon into long pieces about an inch thick. Then marinate with 1-2 tbsp - Olive oil, 1 1/2 tsp - Coarse garlic salt, and 1 tsp - Chili powder. Set in fridge for about 15min.
Heat the skillet on medium-high heat, and sear the salmon fillets for about 1 on each side.
Drizzle 1 tsp of sesame oil, give it a gentle stir, and remove from heat.
Thinly slice the cucumbers, and carrots into 3-4 inch sticks.
To assemble, gently wet rice paper for about 5-6 seconds in cold water.
Near the bottom center of the rice paper, add one cooked salmon fillet, followed by a few pieces of lettuce, cucumber, carrots strings, cooked vermicelli, cilantro strings, and jalapeño slices.
Gently fold in both sides of the rice paper to cover the toppings, then roll up the other side turning the wrap into a mini burrito.
Use the same skillet, on medium heat, and sear the spring rolls gently for about 30 seconds on both sides. The rice paper should have a nice golden color to it.
Garnish with cilantro and pair with your favorite sesame dressing for dipping sauce!
