1 tbsp better than bouillon brand lobster base
1 tbsp minced garlic
2/3 cup no sodium chicken stock (there will be plenty of salt in the cheese)
1/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
sprinkle cajun seasoning
