If you don't feel the power of this performance in your viscera, your balls, and your brainstem... ...you're dead. This is, and continues to be years later, one of my favorite metal performances irrespective of subgenre. 10,000 pounds of fucking sheet metal.

I've listened to their albums, they had the potential to be the face of the sludge metal. The gnarly tone, with portions of punk rythm mixed with doom metal.. They fit perfectly into the mold and definition of the subgenre.

Wasn't a huge fan of this band. The music seemed very basic. Having listened to more recent (stoner, doom, black, ambient) metal, this sounds quite good in comparison. The vocal performance was always killer.
