Same here. I totally understand that pulling off the glitches can be extremely difficult and an art in themselves, but seeing a speedrun of the full game just by understanding and nailing every moment is just so much better to me.

Some day you will understand that speedruns without glitches are boring.

I'm a bit late but anyways, having only one red line means you can't wield the weapon one handed, so he is capable of wielding it with both hands despite the red line

I think it's because he fell into a half platform and not a full one, he does the same thing in the red hall of cages.

I think ou're right. Because there wasn't a jump button pushed on the controller.

As it was already pointed out only the roll button is pressed on the lift and it still gives you the long jump effect. When we were deciding about what should and shouldn't be allowed we decided to categorise this interaction as minor glitch even though the principle is the same as with the "normal" long jump. The reason being that only the roll button is pressed and that it has very few places where it can be used.
