I LOVE refried beans! We use cheese a lot here. It's so yummy! This is only like the second time, third, I forgot you showed goat cheese In the Christmas video, but you guys don't seem to eat much cheese there.

Raw...yuk!!!!!Soak it for a few hours, scrape with a fork into tiny pieces. Caramélisé onions. Fry the fish with curry leaves and chili...add the onions...now enjoy. Otherwise taste disgusting.
