We have fond memories of our dear friends enjoying the salt piled chicken, and now we're excited to bring something new. We're pleased to present fresh-caught salmon trout stuffed with lime wedges and dill. The dish looks light and soo colourful! A wonderful way to cook a fish. It keeps all the flavour and juices inside. Can be done in an owen too. Ahhh, i wish i knew where the lake is. Its so beautiful i would swim in it no matter how cold it would be❤️

Now that is one beautiful, healthy meal. That fish looked so juicy. This will be perfect for dinner on Sunday to make up for all the Crispy Pork Belly I plan on eating on Saturday hahaha. if you think the fish is ruined and will taste very salty.. you're wrong, because salt pile kinda works like an oven for the fish and for as long as you haven't cleaned the fish scales, the salt wont penetrate the fish skin and it will remain very tasty. I never was the fish type guy but when i first tried salt piled fish i loved it alot.
