They probably have filters and sensors in there. Remember these are expensive yachts, owners can afford like that.

As grand an engineering feat as this is I'm going to also agree that even though it's also the main launch lift system the space lost for it could have been used more wisely. Such as moving the tender garage further aft, the crew area to the forward part of the ship, and having 4 VIP cabins instead of the 2 vips and 2 double cabins.

This is one of the dumbest things I've seen on a yacht. So much engineering went into just a waste of space with a much simpler solution.

That's a clever concept. But not sure I'd full it harbours or berths. Best out a sea. Of course I know they just show casing the concept at a show. But hopefully Capts could advice owners not to fill in a marina. Lots of stagnant water, plus probably thin oil skin and other things in the water. At least out at sea in blue waters of Caribbean etc, it's clearer.
