SALTAHOLIC - Targeting Kob in Bettysbay - Kabeljou/Mulloway/Jewfish

Күн бұрынToday i fished Bettysbay main, where my Dad arrived just at the right time.
To be honest, i just wanted my dad to catch a Spotted gully shark on braid as he hasn't fished in about 10 years.
The water looked really nice and there was a slim chance for a Kob...but as it is still early for the Kob season...Kobtober, i mean, October is a good month to start targeting them.

How do u target kob when there are small fish around??

You catch one and use it as bait haha, no you have to work through the peckers. Maybe baits like occy leg thats tough or livebait, or, just more 50m left or right
